We're recently been having a lot of problems with spam accounts.
While it is contained, it does involve me manually approving or deleting new accounts.
For this reason, in order to make your account distinguishable from spam accounts, you are required to do the following;

Upon sign up, please make sure you enter your LOCATION as being "VANADIEL"

You can change it to anything you want after your account has been activated.

This is purely to distinguish you as being a genuine sign-up and not a spam bot >:3

Failure to do this will result in your new account being immediately deleted and in the worst case your IP address may be banned.
